Previously I had stated that all players ending the season on the active roster or disabled list get ranked. This was incorrect.
Based on last year's rankings, it looks like you must be on an active roster or disabled list on August 31 in order to be counted in the rankings. Anybody called up or signed after August 31 will not be in the rankings. For those looking to possibly track the formula throughout September can lock the rosters in on August 31.
