A few comments.

Dioner Navarro is NOT a free agent. There's a glitch in the code that I'll look into.
Max Ramirez is not on the active roster and should not be listed. I'm still working on finding a more suitable roster source, but nothing has worked quite yet. CNNSI still has Nick Adenhart listed, but they still list DL'ed players with their rosters, which gives them a step up on more accurate sources like MLB.com.

What he said

I've been meaning to do this for a while, but have been pretty busy.

Anyways, Billfer said it for me:

Inconsistency?

A quote from Eric Wedge after last night's game:

“We can’t keep playing the game with this type of inconsistency,”

I can't help but think back-to-back shutouts is pretty consistent. Consistent is consistently overused in sports. There are numerous synonyms for the word bad. Use one of them instead of copping out and saying "inconsistent!"

Memo to Jim Leyland

When you move somebody down in the order, they bat less often.

When you bat your most effective hitters to date #4, #5, and #7, expect to score less runs.

This:

Josh Anderson
Placido Polanco
Clete Thomas
Miguel Cabrera
Curtis Granderson
Magglio Ordonez
Brandon Inge
Gerald Laird
Ramon Santiago

is about as bad of a lineup as you can get out of those guys.
