Memo to Jim Leyland

When you move somebody down in the order, they bat less often.

When you bat your most effective hitters to date #4, #5, and #7, expect to score less runs.

This:

Josh Anderson
Placido Polanco
Clete Thomas
Miguel Cabrera
Curtis Granderson
Magglio Ordonez
Brandon Inge
Gerald Laird
Ramon Santiago

is about as bad of a lineup as you can get out of those guys.

Haha I think its working tonight! I would normally agree with you but perhaps the speed/power interlacing will help get people on base for our power guys?

I think I'm going to keep trashing the Tigers' moves. Looking back over the past six months or so, it seems to be working well.
