Back when i was going to write about most improved bullpens, I had a post half written on the 2007 Rays disaster of a bullpen, and came to the conclusion that the way in which they were able to improve on their bullpen was addition by subtraction. Gary Glover was one of the scrubs subtracted.
The organization is making it clear it is not in their strategic interests to win games right now. Frankly, it makes sense.

Eddie, is there a contact part of your page that I'm dumbly not finding?
